Connect the dots...For a Meaningful Life

Connect the dots...For a Meaningful Life

Different people have different interpretations of life. For some, it is a destination, for others, it could just be a moment to be lived, to its fullest. Once, there was a boy, who was in search of the actual meaning of life. He went in the forest to find it. There he met a priest, to whom he explained his wish. The priest replied, that the first three people you meet in the town will teach you the real meaning of life. He followed his guidelines and proceeded towards the town. First he met a carpenter, then a metal maker and later a string maker. He was confused and could not make any sense out of it. He again went to the forest, and later he heard the melodious sound of music, he made sure, it was violin. This made him think and soon he understood, the actual meaning of life. The carpenter makes the wooden plank, the metal maker makes metal strings and string maker does the strings. All these things are used in making of a violin. The parable of the story is, life has everything but, we just need to connect the dots, to make a life meaningful. Life is an instrument, to create happiness, for the individuals, as well as for the organization for which we work.
